Villa Sa Pasa, a magical place to relax and enjoy your stay in Ibiza, with all the comfort and quality of a modern luxury villa, combined with the essence and purity of the famous typical Ibizan house. Located in a beautiful natural environment, overlooking a beautiful valley. A true haven of tranquility and well-being. An original villa, dating back about 300 years and that has been recently restored respecting the characteristics of its original Ibizan construction and incorporating the most current and modern facilities for your total comfort. In Sa Paissa de Can Sergent you will find six elegant and spacious double suites, three with ´King size´ beds (200x200cm), two suites with single beds that can be converted into king size double beds, according to your needs, and one double bedroom, all with private bathroom with shower and air conditioning.There is also an additional small seventh bedroom with two single beds and portable air conditioning unit. The barbecue area, a second covered kitchen fully equipped with a gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, a large wooden table for 14 people and a rest area with a chaise-longue sofa. The immediate outdoor area of the house has a large patio with teak sun loungers and a large Balinese chill-out pergola. A nice pond with fish and a circular pool (6 m diameter) with Greek seats. At the top of the villa you will find a 15 m long infinity pool, a delight for bathers, and a large sun terrace with Balinese beds, wide views of the mountains and the quiet valley, pure nature. Its 80,000m2 of land are located in a Protected Natural Area (ANEI), with a multitude of trails ideal for relaxing walks or bike rides. A visit to the small hilltop just 100 meters from the villa is a must, where you will find an idyllic spot with a wooden pergola overlooking the islet of Es Vedrá, the sea and the sunsets.

Cancellations
Partially Refundable (30%)
The payment of 30% of the total reservation will be made at the time of booking. And the remaining 70%, up to 30 days before entering the accommodation.

The payment of 30% of the total reservation, will be understood as lost in case of cancellation of the reservation, up to 30 days before entering the accommodation. From the 30 days in case of cancellation the total of the reservation would be lost. That is, if the reservation is canceled 30 days before the entry, from now on, 100% of the amount of the reservation will be lost.

FREE Cancellation
You can cancel the reservation for free up to 60 days before the arrival date. To reserve 50% of the total is paid in ADVANCE. The rest of the payment is made up to 60 days before arrival. If you cancel the reservation before 60 days before the entry, you will lose the 100% payment.
