  The payment of 30% of the total reservation will be made at the time of booking. And the remaining 70%, up to 30 days before entering the accommodation.

  The payment of 30% of the total reservation, will be understood as lost in case of cancellation of the reservation, up to 30 days before entering the accommodation. From the 30 days in case of cancellation the total of the reservation would be lost. That is, if the reservation is canceled 30 days before the entry, from now on, 100% of the amount of the reservation will be lost.

  The penalty for canceling is 100% of the total reservation, except cases of force majeure that can be demonstrated. In cases of force majeure, only the costs of card or Paypal operations will be charged.

   

  
  FREE Cancellation
  

  You can cancel the reservation for free up to 60 days before the arrival date. To reserve 50% of the total is paid in ADVANCE. The rest of the payment is made up to 60 days before arrival. If you cancel the reservation before 60 days before the entry, you will lose the 100% payment.

  Villa convention rules: - Parties and excessive noise are not allowed after midnight. - The client is responsible for all damage that occurs to the furniture and the surroundings and gardens of the house. - Loss of keys or gate controls may incur a cost of €50 of the deposit. -It is the guest's obligation to deposit the garbage generated in the public garbage container. Failure to do so may result in a cost of €50 for the deposit. Tourist tax: €2 per person per night, not included in the price. The security deposit will be collected at the time of entry, it will be returned after checking the house, up to 7 days after departure
